Micael Dalby in town Part Deux

I forgot we ate at Leonardo's 706
Which was divine.
I ate pizza.
As did everyone else.
Then we proceeded to the next room where the venue offers AMAZING JAZZ MUSIC for free.every thursday.
It might have made my evening.
That or running into fabulously wonderful people from church, who I am quite fond and think the world of.
The Vincent's are a very classy folk.
And it's not because they read my blog or enjoy jazz music.
They just are.

Also attached in no particular order, is part of "Boo Two Day"
Which consisted of a visit to "The HYPPO"
Seriously the cutest shop I might have been to.
Highly recommend you stop next time you're in St. Augustine
Practical.. And we hunted for painted ghosts on the decor-clevvvver.

A gourmet Popsicle stop as recommended by AMANDA
As well as a stop at the three-time reigning champion of cupcake wars-
Sweet! By GoodGolly Miss Holly.
We were pretty impressed.

Come to think of it, I'm not sure what much else we did with Michael Dalby in town, except eat.

Amanda's so rad she gets her own post. booyah

This is Amanda.
It was her fabulous idea to take this wonderfully awesome picture on a horribly crappy photo night.
She's also a photog.
Who knew.

Also,
Whom I probably wouldn't survive Nursing school without.
She's my go-to
"here sit with me and be in this group project and listen to me complain about everything" buddy.
She's a real trooper
She's going to be some star RN soon because she's ridiculously smart and ever-so-witty.
PS. I thought she deserved her own post.

Amanda, I think you're rad.
Thanks for helping me survive.

PS. We probably should be doing zumba right now, but instead I'm texting you to inform you that I'm eating my dinner of ice cream with a side of bananas.

Pinning Ceremony

Too much excitement for one post.
Michael Dalby came to town.
We love Michael Dalby
We ate good food
We explored St Augustine
(it was pouring down rain)
Tried out a UFO burrito at the A1A Burrito Works Taco Shop
Attempted to try Rita's Ice (but ol' Rita's was closed)
So we explored Jacksonville
We shopped
We ate at the Cheesecake FACTORY
We read books
We had FHE
We went to church.
I got PINNED.
Happy Nursing-school-days-are-almost-over = )

Thank you Michael Dalby (and Georgia) for the graduation celebrations! We sure love and appreciate you!

Spring Break Tennis

We live across the street from the campus tennis courts.
So for a fun, free-zy date night during Spring Break, we headed over and watched the matches!
I.love.tennis
Ps. The weather around here is so dang gorgeous.

Taylor's 28th Birthday

Happy Burfday Boo.
Here's how we celebrated the Big 2-8:

I honestly can't remember what we "did".

However, we did eat tacos and a strawberry for dessert
(as per his choice-I'm not that bad of a wifey)

He got new schooze, ties, and fancy shirts for his upcoming internship.
He's basically a grown-up getting grown-up things for his birthday.
Crazy.

P.S. WE LOVE TIE BAR TIES. They're reasonably priced, fashionable and GQ loves them.
PPS they hand-write their notes. In-sane.

Oh, there was a "Happy Birthday Corner" with lists, and signs and love notes.
And an impeccably wrapped gift I might add.

Spring Training

Spring Break also means SPRING TRAINING--
Tay and I headed to Tampa to catch the Yankees play.
I'd never been to a pro-game
However, I was really mostly stoked about the BASEBALL HOTDOGS.
Priorities, right?
So after a few pitches, some soft-serv, a HOT DOG (which didn't amaze unfortunately =/, some lemonade, and a GAME BALL, we packed up and headed out.
We party hard.
Tay surely loved it.
I surely loved that he loved it.

Spring Break-Temple Dates

Some of our favorite dates include temples and picnics.
So for one day during Spring Break we grabbed a PubSub (Publix sub-sandwichs are divine, seriously) and headed to the Orlando temple.
It was beautiful weather.
Perfect company
And a day to remember.

Easter

LOVELY holiday.
Went to church
Enjoyed a Sunday stroll
Saw some GATORS in Alice Lake, right across from our house.
Took some pictures
MADE HAM
Had friends over (thank you Hallstrom's)
Relaxed.
Expressed our gratitude for our Savior and his Atonement.
