If you don't know her...

Lately I've been feeling a little bit lonely...
And for some reason that made me gravitate towards thinking about my mom.
And how much I miss her.
Something awful.
And how much I wish I could spend time with her..often.

Anyway, perhaps because Mother's day is around the corner,
Or perhaps because my mom is the raddest woman on the planet
Or perhaps I just felt like dedicating an entire post to
"why lorie ann plaisance is the most wonderful mother in the whole entire world of mothers"
I decided to post a lil' post.

So, for all of the reasons above, here's to my lovely mother.
Lorie orie-oreo.
My bestest friend
(inter-locking pinkies)
 *Friends*
an ode to our secret handshake,
(which is no longer secret as of this post)
which has existed since before i can remember

in no particular order,
My mother taught me to value education.
She has worked incredibly hard through the years obtaining her professional degree.
Did you know I was born during her Chiropractic finals?
ANNND, when I was 3 days old she trans-iluminated my skull in clinicals.
She passed of course.
And is now a successful Chiropractor, who owns her own practice.

My mom, she's a hooooot.
We basically have the time of our lives when we're together.
We're super efficient. Give is a to-do list.
idareyou.
Sometimes she makes these faces that will crack.you.up.

She also raised 4 kiddos.
This one.

And this one.
(Me)
...and this one.
(Hollybear)
And this one:
(Kandikane)

Practically solo.
And with much trepidation.
But with strength.courage.hope.and faith

She's supportive
