Cooking Light DELIGHT

Some days I wish I cooked for cooking light.
Except my cooking would be anything but "light"
In fact, I want to make cupcakes the cover of cooking light
And still call it "light"

Anyway, these were my latest.

I made a homemade frosting and tinted it green, ..but let's just forget that happened.
